The fit required in such tools when cutting thermoformed plastic is extremely important which is why we manufacture all of our punch and dies right here at our Crewkerne facility using the latest in CADCAM technology.

Stellar Technik are industry experts when it comes to precision engineering, enabling us to offer bespoke solutions to assist our customers with the cutting of tougher materials such as APET and RPET, without reducing the quality or longevity of the tool. We can also make new or refurbish the bolster/cradle for these tools and are happy to come and fit them at your convenience if required.
